Ask a Real Estate Pro

Real estate can be complicated. And sometimes you just want to ask a quick question with no strings attached - without registering for a site, and without committing to a meeting. But you also want a personal response from an expert in your area – not generic housing data from Zillow or Trulia.

ASK THE TEAM is set up for YOU to inquire about neighborhood home prices, where to get the best pizza in town, recommendations for electricians, contractors, roofers, etc., whether you should rent or buy, sell or wait….

Just go to the homepage and submit your question under ASK THE TEAM.

If you ask us if our refrigerator is running we will tell you to go catch it, but all real estate questions will be responded to by our team of local experts.

As they say, doesn't hurt to ask!

Arlington, how do we love thee? Let us count the ways (and hashtag it).

Elizabeth Barrett Browning penned the original quote. Maybe she wasn’t writing about Arlington, but she did get a street named after her near Poets Corner in Arlington, and rightly so.

Recently, we challenged each other to post why we love living and working in Arlington and realized just how many nuances and places to celebrate there really are!

Below are a few of our posts, recognize any? Search up #LoveMyArlington and see where they are and why we love them!

Post your own favorite pics to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram using ?#‎LoveMyArlington.

We want to see what makes Arlington special to you!

Thank You for Celebrating 30 Years!

What a day! The sun was shining, the music was playing, and past and present clients of Steve McKenna & The Home Advantage Team flocked to the Thoreau Club in Concord for a day of fun with friends and family.

With two pools, inflatable obstacle courses, a catered barbeque, beverages, DJ, cornhole, an ice-cream truck, and plenty of games for the kids, it was the party of the summer.

On behalf of Steve McKenna & The Home Advantage Team, we’d like to first thank you for your business and support over the last 30 years. Without you, there would be no party! And secondly, thank you for coming out to enjoy this special day with us.

A 30-year anniversary in real estate is truly an accomplishment and this was an event to remember!

Take a look through the slideshow of pictures, or check out the album on our Facebook page!
