The developing COVID-19 outbreak is changing weekly, daily, and sometimes hourly. As these developments are occurring, Steve McKenna & The Home Advantage team have been assessing information and applying measures that adhere to the latest medical and government recommendations.
At this time, it is apparent that hand sanitizer is not enough. We have decided to suspend our open houses until further notice which is consistent with social distancing that is crucial to preventing further spread of the virus. This choice is in line with the actions of other organizations who are canceling business events, sporting events, schools and social activities for the greater good.
This was not an easy decision and it was not taken lightly. We understand the inconvenience to both buyers and sellers alike. But it is our professional opinion that it is in the best interest for all. When ‘normalcy’ returns, we will resume our typical listing activities including open houses.
