My dad had recently passed away after a long illness and was fortunate to live in his home till end of life. I needed to clean out, update, and sell a home of a 94 year old man of 30 plus years–you can only imagine the clutter. Also, the home was accommodating all my Dad's set back bars, ramps, poles, wheelchairs, walkers, etc.

I asked some family members and friends who lived in Medford, West Medford, Brooks Estate, and the St. Rays areas who they would use–all of them said, "Annie Kelly!" So, I did some research, called up Annie, and that was it.

We met immediately, assessed the situation, and came up with a plan: junkman, organizer, cleaners, carpenters, painters, staging, pricing, open house, timing. You name it, we did it. The plan was maybe 4 weeks until the open house.

Annie lead the way, never dropping the ball–worked through the day, night, and weekends. She helped me thru permits, all kind of inspections, paperwork–things I have not done previously. She put the house on, hosted open houses Friday to Sunday, and on Tuesday, 12:00PM sharp, my Dad's home was sold–talk about a Mary Poppins and a bag of tricks!

Along the way, we connected–we had many things in common, and I made a new friend as well. My occupation is also sales, and I pride myself in getting my customers over the finish line–big and small, all with the same integrity and direction, but a little empathetic flexibility for each individual needs–and that's what Annie Kelly has, that has stuck with me after our deal was done.
