Navigating the New Norms in Real Estate

We are all learning to navigate a new normal that is changing almost daily, and real estate is no exception.

As the leading real estate team in the Arlington and Greater Boston area for over 30 years, we are also at the forefront of observing best practices and safety guidelines as they relate to COVID-19, ensuring the safety of our clients, staff and community.

We know many agents are still holding open houses, but we have opted not to hold open houses for the safety of all involved. We’re concerned about our business just like so many others, but we will continue to do what we believe is best for our buyers, our sellers and the community. We truly appreciate the patience of our clients as we adjust to changing COVID-19 recommendations.

This is typically the busiest season in the real estate market and while may appear to be tempered, we’d like you to know that it is still quite strong. Understandably, if you’ve been thinking of buying a home you may be left wondering about the current state of the market:

  •  Is this still a good time to buy?
  • What should I be doing differently to find the right home?
  • Are there still properties coming on the market?

Not only can we guide you through the new normal, we also have numerous condos, townhomes, single-family homes and two-family homes that will be coming on the market over the next few months. Be sure to check back as we will be posting more detailed information about these properties.

Now more than ever, you need a team by your side to help guide you through the real estate process safely, and effectively. If you are not engaged with another agent contact us and see how we can help you.
