The Arlington home sale numbers are in and the average sale price for condos, single-family homes and multi-family homes are up across the board in 2020 as compared to 2019.
Inventory is about what you'd expect, with number of condo home slightly up, and number of single-family homes slightly down as compared to last year. Multi-family homes are always popular with their versatility and investment opportunities.
