But the dust never really had a chance to settle in real estate – it was just the opposite. It’s been a whirlwind with the demand for finding a home to fit the new normal of hybrid working and learning causing many in Greater Boston to take action.
As buyers rethought their needs, The Home Advantage Team responded by hosting virtual open houses, private walk-throughs and we expanded our reach to help buyers find homes on the North Shore, South Shore and everywhere in between. We have been writing up more offers than you can count and working through complex negotiations in a competitive market.
We’ve seen sellers decide to move out of state in order to be closer to the grandkids, while some just moved down the street in search of more space – and many have been able to get an amazing return on the sale of their homes – sometimes hundreds of thousands of dollars above asking.
With all the recent activity we decided to put our best fresh (and mostly unmasked) faces forward to let our clients know that we are here and ready to make the purchase or sale of their home a smooth and seamless process – from ‘action’ to ‘end-scene.’
