What led you to your current role with The Home Advantage Team?
- I was immediately drawn to The Home Advantage Team due to its incredible level of leadership, professionalism and collaboration. It is a group of people who truly want to succeed together by providing top-tier service to all clients. Working with, and learning from, Steve and the rest of the team is a privilege that will allow me to elevate my career while being backed by the best in the business.
Tell us about your experience working with the Boston Bruins?
- Earning a position with the Boston Bruins Communications Department was a lifelong dream come true. I began in 2017 with a full-time position covering the team through writing and video while also assisting the media, management and staff with their day-to-day operations. Although I ultimately opted to pursue a full-time career in real estate, I remain with the Bruins part-time on the Game Night Staff, with responsibilities such as assigning media credentials and recording and transcribing the team’s postgame interviews.
What skills did you learn there that will translate well to real estate and client service?
- Working for the Bruins has taught me how to be the ultimate professional while managing numerous tasks in high-pressure situations. In addition, my refined writing and video skills translate to spotless listing remarks and high-quality home-tour videos to spread across social media.
What was your favorite class in college and why?
- My favorite class was sports writing. I loved covering sports games as a member of the media, conducting interviews with players and coaches and writing stories on the teams. This class, paired with my other journalism classes, taught me how to expertly communicate through asking strong questions and carefully listening to the responses.
What are some of your favorite local activities or organizations?
- I have become involved with the Woburn Host Lions Club and Chamber of Commerce which provide amazing opportunities to serve my community and network with other locals. It is important to me to give back to the city I grew up in that has provided me so much.
How has growing up in Woburn shaped your approach to living and working in Greater Boston?
- Having never lived anywhere else aside from Greater Boston, I love the area and could never see myself anywhere else. This is where I belong, and I bring that excitement with me to every showing, open house and meeting. It is an honor to help other locals accomplish their home buying and selling goals.
What has been your favorite concert so far?
- I tend to mainly attend country concerts, but my favorite concert I’ve been to has to be Post Malone. He is incredibly talented, and the overall show production was amazing.
