Halloween Parade: Costumes, Candy & Fun
Come rain or shine, join Mark Garbino at 1:00PM on Main Street for Woburn's 70th Annual Halloween Parade. The parade route starts at Crowne Plaza/Showcase Cinema travelling south on Main Street to Woburn Center continuing onto Lake Avenue at the Winchester line ending at Horn Pond. The parade route is 2.2 miles long and normally takes about 1.5 hours to walk the route end-to-end.
A Ghost or Ghoul: Haunted Doll Scavenger Hunt
Annie Kelly, the Medford Public Library & Medford Recreation Department invite you to an all-ages Haunted Doll Scavenger Hunt at Wright’s Pond. Some dolls have been lost in the woods–can you help find them? Be sure to wear hiking shoes or boots because the dolls will be hidden along the trails.

Give Back: Bike Donation Bonanza
If you have an unused bike collecting dust in your garage, Mike Pallotta suggests you add the Bike Donation Bonanza to your calendar. The Bike Connector, a Lowell-based bicycle collective and bike shop, will be here to accept kid & adult bikes for donation. The Bike Connector's mission is to make bikes safe and accessible for all.
Fall into a Fresh Start: Free Shredding Event
To get ready for the new season, Tracy Wallace recommends giving your home—and especially your documents—a refresh. The City of Woburn is hosting a free Shred-It Event on Saturday, October 26th, from 9AM to 1PM at the City Hall parking lot. This event is open to Woburn residents & offers a secure way to dispose of outdated personal & financial documents, helping protect against identity theft.
