Spring is here! As the ice on Mystic Lake continues to thaw, the spring market continues to heat up fast! We already have many homes on the market and more are entering in the coming weeks. If you want a private tour of any of our homes or are interested in selling your home, contact us at your convenience.
While the trees start blooming flowers, we prepare for Arlington 250, the Boston Marathon, and many more spring excitements on the calendars — we have a few more to add to your list! We have curated a special list full of events to attend, places to visit, and shops to spend your time in throughout the rest of March.
Commemorating Arlington250 with Mike Pallotta
As a member of Arlington's Chamber of Commerce, Mike Pallotta is incredibly excited to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the historic battles of Menotomy (Arlington), Concord, and Lexington. Mike Pallotta is giving away two $125 gift cards to a local restaurant, Menotomy Grill & Tavern, if you enter. Post a photo of you at any historic site in Arlington on Instagram or Facebook, tag @MikePallottaRealEstate, and hashtag #Arlington250HistoricTrailGiveaway.

Arlington's Finest, Nominate Today

Our team's newest campaign involves you! As a way to give back to a community that has given so much to us, we want to honor the everyday heroes in our town. Annie Kelly wants you to nominate your favorite local business or Arlingtonian. The winning neighbor or business will be featured on our social media and more. To learn more check out the link below.
Lake Quannapowitt, A Walk in Wakefield
One of Kristen McKenna's favorite activities is taking a nice walk around Lake Quannapowitt. Located in Wakefield, this 3.3-mile loop usually takes around an hour to complete. Filled with scenic views of the water, it's a perfect walk any time of year, especially in early spring! The trail is popular for birdwatching, running, biking, and of course, walking. You can enjoy some solitude during the quieter hours of the day.
Arlington Community Education, Take a class
Tracy Wallace just completed an 8-week croquet course at Arlington Community Education. Tracy said this was a wonderful way to meet new people, learn something new, and a small commitment to add to your week. The spring courses are up for registration if you or anyone you know is interested! You will find classes about history, learning new art forms and crafts, fitness and dance, games, gardening, and more! Let us know what you end up choosing.
As your local experts, we hope this inspires you to keep exploring Arlington and the greater Boston area. There are always new favorites waiting to be found and memories waiting to be made. We hope this helps you make this town, your home. If you have any questions or need personalized recommendations, our team is always here to help.
We hope to see you at one of our upcoming events! And if you're interested in finding out our recommendations sooner, sign-up for our monthly enewsletter.
