All About Arlington: August

Happy Friday!

As we kick off the first weekend of August, our team is back with our monthly lineup of activities, places, people, and more to look forward to. This month, we hope you get to try something new. Whether you sign up for a class on printmaking or local history, try out a new beach, visit a park you haven’t been to before, or simply introduce yourself to neighbors you haven’t met before. When one door opens, another set of doors is introduced!

The real estate market is always changing, and that can be daunting! Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or just keep up with the changes, check out our blog or ask us any questions that you are wondering. If you are trying to figure out the best time to move, what fits your budget, where you should go—we can help figure out what is best for you and your family.

As your Arlington expert, we love to share everything we’re excited about with those most important to us, you! If you ever want more personalized recommendations, don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team is always here to help! See you next month.

Best,

Steve McKenna & The Home Advantage Team

Summer Destination Annisquam, Gloucester

The Annisquam neighborhood in Gloucester is a waterfront community located a few miles from downtown Gloucester and Cape Ann. This is Steve McKenna's personal favorite summer destination. His favorite beach is Light House Beach, pictured here, and his favorite restaurant is Talise. The menu changes daily and it’s always great. And of course, a trip to the beach isn't complete without ice cream! Good Harbor Ice Cream is a must-try on your next trip to the North Shore.
