August is here, neighbor!
As we approach the end of the summer, it's as if the spring market is blending into the fall market. Homes are sitting a bit longer, and buyers are being more choosy. Now more than ever, it's imperative to have a local, experienced real estate agent by your side. As always, if you need any recommendations–real estate related or not–we're here to help!
Below are some local events and recommendations to add to your calendar...

Beach or Mountains? The choice is yours
Living in Arlington means more than living within five-and-a-half square miles; you have all of New England to explore—whether that's beachside or mountainside. Our team's favorite beach towns include Annisquam, Rockport, Nahant, and anywhere along the Cape. However, we love to head up north to Ossipee, NH, and Stowe, VT. We encourage you to explore all New England has to offer.
