These free energy</span> <span>assessments are available through the</span></span> <a href= "http://www.masssave.com/residential/"><span><span>Mass Save</span></span></a> <span><span>program, an initiative sponsored by Massachusetts gas and electric utilities and energy-efficiency service providers.</span></span></div> <div><span><span>"<i>Residents who get a home energy assessment and follow up on the suggestions made during the assessment will benefit by lowering their energy use, which reduces their utility bills and improves comfort.
